5/2/16. I did some screen printing today for textiles  and tried printing on different coloured papers . I printed multiples of the same thing so that I can sew onto some . I like the effects and I will develop this process future with different drawings .

I drew the same image but at a different angle, I think this is interesting and presents pattern. I could develop this further in screen printing to create repeated patterns with a mixture of colour and black and white.

19/10/15 I photocopied the back of this piece and interesting curved lines as shown in the foreground of the image. I could develop these pieces by working on top of the photocopied paper.

11/1/16.  I continued to develop my photographs by extending the lines onto plastic with stitch .

19/10/15 I made some samples from drawings at St Ives , I used machine embroidery against a white fabric to present an simple contrast. I also photocopied the back which shows interesting fluid lines.

9/5/16 My samples on the wall ( fabric and paper) . I have been using long pins to attach the wok to the wall. Although I have been finding it hard as the wall is very hard to make holes in.  I could research other options  that I could use instead.

I continued to look at buildings in Bath and used a biro pen to compare the difference in lines to the fine liner. Looking at sections of buildings is something that I want to continue with and will develop further later in the project. Also buildings in Bath interest me and I will look at the shapes and patterns.

27/11/15.  I photocopied my drawings and placed them underneath the plastic . I found that this way was easier to follow as there are many different lines. I then hand sewed over the top with a blue thread as I associated this colour with St Ives landscape .

23/10/15 I finished hand stitching this sample with black thread. I think the stitching makes the drawing stand out and adds interest to the piece.

I drew the front door of Trevose Harbour House where I stayed with blowing lavender  in front. I think this is one of the best drawings in my sketchbook.
