Blueberry freezer jam. 1 2/3 c smashed blueberries (about 2 1/3 c), 2T instant fruit pectin and 2/3c sugar or Splenda. Stir sugar and pectin together and add fruit. Stir for 3 minutes and pour into cans. Put on kids and rings and let sit on counter. Oh, leave 1/2 inch head space. Recipe from Ball, on the inside label of their instant fruit pectin.
