This is one of the rigs I made during my internship at Parasol Island. Since this flamingo is for an in-house production I could go all out. The rig is fully scalable and the feather interpenetration has been kept to a minimum. I am also responsible for the modelling, sculpting and texturing of this model. Hope you like the video, Robert
The sample shows some of the final steps in the development and testing of tank treads, which yield a more believable look than the method derived from the manipulation of a tire tread. In part, this method is based on that and the basis of the classic ribbon spine setup.
