The amount of times I hear "why are you on a diet?" "You don't need to lose weight" It's not a diet and it's not for weight loss. I choose to eat healthy and nourish my body accordingly. What you do is your business.
Don't use the weekend as an excuse to give up on your goals. You worked too damn hard to do that to yourself!ever lasting change requires a lifestyle change. Focus, remind yourself why you're doing this, and keep doing the best you can!
