The Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Dallas (SSN 700) departs Naval Submarine Base New London for a scheduled underway.
Attack submarine Topeka will be the fourth sub home-ported in Guam after it emerges from its extended overhaul, Naval Submarine Force Pacific announced Monday night. Will move to Guam, joining attack subs Chicago, Key West and Oklahoma City, as well as sub tender Frank Cable.  The latest move will increase the number of attack subs at Guam as part of the strategic pivot to the Asia-Pacific and “put the most advanced and capable units forward,”
