  • 1 small handful Sour cherries or cranberries, dried

  • 1 squeeze Lemon juice
  • 1 Maple syrup

  • 100 g Oats
Baking & Spices
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 dash Vanilla extract, all-natural
Nuts & Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds, white
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
Dairy
  • 350 ml Milk
