The Cafesjians Carousel at Como Park in St. Paul, Minnesota. Built in 1914 at a cost of $8500, it was commissioned for use at the Minnesota State Fair where it stood until 1988 when it was put up for auction. At this time and organization called "Our Fair Carousel" formed to preserve the iconic landmark. After a 10 year restoration project, it was first housed at Bandanna Square in St. Paul and eventually was moved to its own pavilion in St. Paul's Como Park.
