Simple grounding technique for when you're feeling out of balance. All you need to do and takes seconds. Close your eyes, image your bare feet walking in the grass (I visualise tree roots under the ground as well) Then Open your crown chakra, (top of head) and imagine a white light coming out the top, and circling around your body, this is your protection bubble. Visualise yourself inside it, safe and protected. Only takes a minute or so. For extra grounding, walk bare foot, carry crystals.
