This is Chinese dish (Hakka cuisine) called "Yong Tau Foo" (bean curd with pork or fish paste mixture) fermented with black bean. I usually have this for breakfast accompany with a bowl of noodle (without feel bored having it almost everyday). It is savory and fulfilling dish and can served best as side dish for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Recipe from Guai Shu Shu.
