LIME IN THE COCONUT 1 1/2 oz. SKYY Infusions Coconut Vodka 3 oz. Coconut Water 3/4 oz. lime juice 1 full barspoon or tablespoon of granulated raw sugar 8 mint leaves Combine mint, raw sugar, and SKYY Infusions Coconut in mixing glass. Muddle gently. Add lime juice and coconut water and fill with ice. Shake quickly for 2 seconds. Transfer into 12 oz. highball service glass with same ice and mint leaves. Garnish with grated coconut & fresh lime wheel.
