Shelled Edamame*  Olive Oil  Parmesan Cheese  Garlic  Salt and Pepper  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. 2. Toss all of the ingredients to coat the edamame evenly.  How much you use of each item depends on how much you like that particular flavor.  You could substitute other spices for the garlic. 3.  Spread the coated edamame on a cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.  I recommend broiling it on high for the last 1-2 minutes, to get that extra crunch.
