Lidbury berated Health Commissioners with their AIDS Control Act report statistics. Mr Steven Dorrel, Health Minister confirmed £50,000 would be immediately allocated from HIV/AIDS control budget specifically for a Gay Men's Health project in Cornwall. In 1992 Malcolm started the ICT (Independent Cornish Triangle), originally a simple gay information leaflet it became a x20 page monthly newsletter for lesbians & gay men in Cornwall. National Positive Nation Magazine full page article...and still there were local gay men telling Lidbury & Smith to be quiet.
