Seward Park, Seattle - Seward Park is tucked away near the southwest corner of Lake Washington.  It's not the easiest place to get to in the city, but it's worth the effort.  Great views of Lake Washington, a beautiful old growth forest to stroll through, and a nice paved path around the whole thing in case you want to bike or job around it.

With the park's 277 glorious, woodsy acres jutting into Lake Washington, bike paths, and sandy beaches, Seward Park Audubon Center has always had a lot going for.
