Low Carb Pizza Crust= 8 oz cream cheese, 2 eggs, italian seasoning, garlic, parmesan.(mix all together in food processor. pour in greased 9x13 pan, cook until light brown at 350.) Take out and let cool for 10 min. Add low fat low carb sauce and toppings. I used turkey pepperoni and mushrooms and italian cheese. Put in oven at 400 until melted. Let cool. Eat with fork or let cool and you can eat a slice by hand....Not bad for low carb. Means I can have pizza now.
