Butternut Squash Soup (PALEO/SCD/GAPS/AIP)  •	6 Tbsp butter or coconut oil   •	1 foot long butternut squash, peeled and cubed, 1/2” thick (about 12 c cubed) •	4 large leeks white & light green only.
