This is why you want to build muscle and not lose it! You have to consume enough calories and weight train with any weight loss program! You want fat loss not muscle loss!

fat and muscle ratio. - muscle does not "weigh more than fat". A pound is a pound the world around. But the same pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat. I have to remember this.

Good idea for keeping up with results

Love love love this idea! I'm a visual person this would be great for me! I would NOT want to take a pebble from the weight destroyed/lost back to the need weight to lose jar!
