One of my favorite isolation moves for the Lat muscle, rear delt and some tricep (arm pit fat area). You can see it flexing in the video This is a staple in my back day routine! Observe how my arm has a slight bent the whole time and I pull out and down. Squeeze and pull with your lat muscle.
