We first learn to try the Word of God by keeping the Commandments and doing our duty.  As we mature spiritually we learn to do the right things for the right reasons because we love keeping the Commandments; that is to say, they are written on our heart and we simply don't want to live any other way. Feasting on the word of God each day is more important than sleep, school, work, television shows, video games, or social media. You may need to reorganize your priorities to provide time for the study of the word of God. If so, do it! —Richard G. Scott, Make the Exercise of Faith Your First Priority
