Keto Dessert- Chocolate Cheesecake! Ingredients: 1-8oz pkg cream cheese, 1/4 C Splenda (or equiv to 1/4c real sugar), 2 tsp cocoa powder (optional), 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 1 egg. Mix all dry ingredients with cheese. Once combined, add egg and mix just until corporated. Fill lined muffin tin or ramekins with 4oz portions. Bake at 325 for 8-15 min. One cheesecake-Cal: 178, Fat: 16.4g, Carb: 3.9g (0.5 sugar), Protein: 4.7. Topped with dollop of heavy whipping cream and toasted almonds. Delicious!
