  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 24 Gemstone or baby potatoes, assorted
  • 1 tsp Italian parsley, fresh leaves
  • 1 Lemon, Large
  • 2 Radicchio heads, small
  • 3 Red bell peppers
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary, fresh leaves
  • 3 Zucchini
Condiments
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
