Baked Spring Eggrolls – Vegetarian Recipe. So good! Note: the sauce makes way more than enough for two batches. Either halve all the ingredients for the sauce or more than double the base ingredients. (I was only able to make 7 spring rolls with the large wrappers on hand.) It's labor intensive - but delicious. Will definitely make again.
