Rye from sour dough starter, very good, mine was very wet i added 2 extra cups of  flour and still very wet.  I baked in a bread pan because it wouldn't hold a shape

Pumpkin and sunflower seed loaf from the last post. Good oven spring, so much less spreading and crumb I can live with for now. Flavour is great but I could do better by adding bit of Rye and not soaking the roasted seeds next time.  Total of 500g flour:  90% strong bread flour, 10% wholemeal spelt.  Mix flours and 66% water (plus soaked seeds so could be 70%) by machine using speed 2 then let the dough rest for 30 mins.  Mix in the salt (2%) and starter (20%) using speed 2 then end with…
