Maple Glazed Bacon Wrapped Roasted Carrots. These took much longer than the recipe said but cooked up just right. This is something you can do in small batches..I only cooked 3 and I basted them in a balsamic vinegar/ Italian Dressing that was cooking on the asparagus beside them. In the end I wrapped them in foil with the sauce, added the syrup and left them an extra 1/2 hour :)
