I love the look of this hallway but I pinned it as a bad example of downlight placement. They should be closer to the walls providing a greater wash of light onto the vertical surfaces, rather than the beams hitting the walls almost halfway down (too low): if you had artwork on the walls they wouldn't be lit effectively and would be in part-shadow.
