DP1 21/21 The temperature of the food was tested with an instant insert thermometer was a bit higher and the stirred temperature would cool a bit in camera /thermometer/stirring fumbling around. .. The can method seems to work, but using a pot with a lid might be more effective... and not that much difference in cleanup.
