Day 2 lunch from my grilled chicken prepped on Sunday, this is so easy to throw together!! Delicious!   Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl   - black beans - shoepeg corn  - cherry tomatoes - sliced avacado - dollop "wholly guacamole" spicy homestyle       - dollop plain Greek yogurt - salsa - lime juice, cumin, and dried or fresh cilantro to taste  - grilled chicken breast
