Soft Sandwich Sourdough | Wild Yeast- I made this for dinner Sunday.  After putting it in the bread pan Saturday night, I covered it with plastic wrap and placed in fridge overnight.  Sunday before church I put the bread in oven with light on to rise until I was ready to bake it.  It rose beautifully over 3 hours in oven and was delicious served warm for dinner.
