The very nature of wonderment involves a detachment from our crammed and over scheduled lives. Taking time to wonder is a form of prayer. It means we put a pause on all the demands and distractions of daily life to listen, to admire, to notice and to connect with a deeper meaning to this world and the purpose of our presence in it.

What would it mean for your relationships if you changed? What would it mean for your career if you did take responsibility? What would happen if you started taking action? What would happen if you let go of your woundology and started believing something new about yourself, your life and the world? Think about that.
