Having Company? Stencil Your Yard For Festive Fun

Fourth of July Crafts for Kids: Flour Lawn Stars. Cut out star stencil, sprinkle grass with water (to make the flour stick) and then sprinkle with flour. This idea also works for Canada's July Birthday. Just substitute the star for a Maple Leaf.

Bubbles: "We just held a Mega Messy Birthday party for my son's second birthday. We had seven different play stations set up and each cost less than $15. A favourite was the bubble station! A big container of cheap bubble solution poured into a shallow container with assorted bubble wands. The kids aren't struggling to get the wands out of a bottle without knocking it over and they can all dip and blow bubbles at the same time. Pinterest Project: The Dum-Dum Tree for My Kiddos

Perfect gift for all that leftover Halloween candy! (We bought DumDums) Lollipop Tree! You'll need a plant pot, styrofoam ball (you can get these at a craft store) and one bag of dum dums! SO CUTE!

Rainbow cupcake - great children's party idea - especially for Cloud Babies fans!

Rainbow Cupcakes- for the one year old's rainbow party. Word to the wise. leave the rainbow sour belts out to get stale for a day or two. We had some floppy rainbows. I did rainbow cake inside that you could see through the white liners.
