This is my 5 year old son, Beau. I cannot tell you the joy and light he has brought to our lives. Currently he is writing a book to share with the other pre-k kiddos at his school. I was a little nervous about his starting school last fall but he has proven to me that he does not think he is not an exception to the rule but an exceptional kid! This is our ROCK STAR.....BEAU!
This is my little guy Keaton he was diagnosis with moderate Spastic diplegia about a year ago. He not able to walk or sit up yet but he's a champ at army crawling. Today we FINALLY get his first gait walker:) He's a very smart boy he knows lots of sign language and is starting to use his words... He's the strongest and more determined little boy ever:) He's my hero♥

Christina and Todd Hemberger shared this beautiful picture with us. "This is my son Paxton after birth Paxton had a brain bleed which caused his cp. He's how a one year old boy who is happy, strong and so determined. I just wanted to share his happiness and contagious smile with everyone."
I was hoping to find some people to share their experience with me. This is my daughter Aaliyah. She is a twin, born at 29 weeks. She suffered from a bilateral brain bleed and was later diagnosed with PVL. She is 11 months old. She is delayed, and she is hypertonic, mostly in her legs. I was wondering when your child was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Her doctor wants to wait and see how she does. She does get PT and OT twice weekly, and it hasn't helped her. Any advice is appreciated!
