Sweet dreams blend! For little ones: 2 drops each Lavender (or Serenity if they respond better to that), Cedarwood, and Juniper Berry For adults: 5 drops each. Use a 10 ml roller. Fill to the top with FCO. Apply to bottoms of the feet, behind the ears, or a swipe across the pillow. Sweet dreams!

I am going to share my latest sleepy time blend. I noticed the other day that my kids weren't responding to my previous blend. As I explained in a previous post on sleepy time oils, it's good to switch up your blends that are used regularly. Sometimes our body can get used to certain oils and stop responding like when we first started using them. Breaking out this incredible combo again for nightmares. My poor little guy is going through some rough nights and nap times. Juniper Berry is THE key to no more nightmares, Serenity and Cedarwood just promote deep, restful sleep. Anyone else dealing with nightmares?! I feel so bad for my little guy, but SO thankful for natural, quick, effective options to soothe him right down.
