I love both but I consume more smoothies. My favourite smoothie recipe is a Peach Probiotic Smoothie: 4oz Kefir or Amasai 1/4 cup coconut milk 2 tbsp sprouted chia seeds 1/2 cup frozen peaches 1/2 banana 1 scoop raw vanilla protein powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon Stevia to taste
1/2 Avocado 3/4 Cup coconut or almond milk 1/3 Cup hot cocoa mix (You can use sugar-free if you’d like. You can also switch out the chocolate for frozen strawberries) 2 Cups ice, add more for thicker mix 4 Baby carrots 1 Rib of celery Blend on high speed of blender (Vitamix) for about 45 seconds. Serve immediately.
