Crock Pot Balsamic Pork Roast - I used a pork tenderloin and cut the fat off.  Omitted the salt and red pepper flakes and used 1 tsp honey.  Added herbs de provence 1/2 onion (which was soooo good poured over the meat) and freshly grated ginger.  For a 1.5 pound tenderloin, really needs about 5 hours on low.
