Breakfast Savoury Bowl- first time trying out hrisca (Romanian)/ buckwheat, a common gluten free grain in Eastern Europe and Russia. Boil hrisca with Chia and stir fry it with spring onion, garlic and fresh green chilli. Top it with runny egg, fresh avocado, cherry tomatoes and a dash of lemon juice.
