Paris, Eiffel Tower, by Rhett Redelings. It may not be covered in gargoyles, but I've always maintained the skeletal steel structural work of the Eiffel Tower to be a perfect example of Gotchic architecture.
I pinned this illustration because is shouls the development of the side of a piece of architecture. In this picture orders and capitals xan be seen as well as the promenient gargoyles of the time period which were used as waterspouts.
Oh my holy goodness! This is why I dearly want to live in a loft. I can just imagine finding this place and then renovating a little and decorating a lot. Then it has the rustic charm I love, but the modern conveniences. I love this space!
