homemade gluten free / dairy free / yeast free naan. tasted just like regular naan! used 1 3/4 c gf bisquik, little more than 1/2 c soy milk, 2 tsp olive oil, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp baking powder. (modified this recipe to make it GF/DF http://www.thekitchenpaper.com/quick-naan-without-yeast/) mix the dry ingredients, make a well and add the milk & oil, knead and cover for 10 mins until ready to roll out and cook.
