Best Coleslaw Ever (According to me…)
Quite simply the best coleslaw ever. This recipe is flavorful, sweet and tangy but not heavy or gooey. While not a true KFC copycat it has the same sweet flavor as KFC does which is what makes this one such a hit. We love this with pulled pork, fish tacos, BBQ, and all those summer picnics and parties. It is the all time most popular recipe on the blog!
Avocado Chicken Salad: 2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts,1 avocado,1/4 chopped onion, juice of 1/2 a lime, 2 Tbsp cilantro,salt and pepper, to taste. Cook chicken breast until done, let cool, and then shred. Mix with all other ingredients.
