Zucchini Chips: thinly sliced zucchini, olive oil, and sea salt, baked crispy. Betcha can't eat just one. Slice your zucchini on a mandolin. Mine had or 3 for thickness and I used Oven bake 225 for 2 plus hrs til brown not soggy.more on site
Preheat oven Wrap asparagus spears in a slice of bacon. Melt 1 stick of butter, cup brown sugar, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, teasp garlic salt, teasp black pepper & bring to boil. Pour over bundles. Bake until bacon looks done. Can also be put on grill.
