Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Pinwheels - these are so good with TJ's organic cream cheese & Habaneros from my garden mixed into the cream cheese. I use apple smoked bacon & aged cheddar from the Farmer's market
cans MexiCorn, drained oz cans Green Chiles, drained 2 cups (about 8 oz.) Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded cups Parmesan cheese, shredded 1 cup Mayonnaise Fritos Scoops for dipping. Hmmmmmm a hot version.
