Daylight map /elliasson Consisting of neon tubes formed to resemble a chart of international time zones, this work is a real-time map of global light conditions. On the map, the zones in which it is daytime are illuminated. When the sun sets in these zones, the neon light is turned off-while being turned on in the zones where the sun is rising.

NImbus photography series by Berndnaut Smilde. Dutch artist Berndnaut Smilde has created real nimbus clouds in empty church or gallery spaces. Even more ephemeral than Andy Goldsworthy's works, these exist for a few moments, are photographed, and dissipate. Smilde carefully sets the temp and humidity in the space, then fires a brief burst from a fog machine.

Berndnaut Smilde creates miniature clouds indoors by regulating the room's temperature, humidity and lighting then using a fog machine.
