Mora in Motion: More than 30 summer art students (2012) in grades one through six had a fabulous week of creating, moving, and learning about the art of Keith Haring. Students studied movement, drew fast sketches, created Keith “Haring-ish” style forms, painted murals, and experimented with watercolor and crayon resist. Haring’s simple and happy style was the best way to teach our elementary students about replicating movement with visual art. Ilean M.
