Snickerdoodles: 1 ½ c. almond flour, 1 t. coconut flour, 1 egg, ¼ c. coconut oil, ¼ c. molasses, ½ t. cinnamon, ¼ t. cardamom, ¼ t. nutmeg, ¼ t. salt, and ¼ t. baking soda. Roll in: 1 T. coconut sugar and 1 T. cinnamon.
