Needlework Sampler, "Mary Crumbie Aged 10 Years," reportedly c. 1825, Peekskill, New York, area, worked with silk threads on a linen ground, stitched with seven rows of alphabets and an assortment of decorative borders and baskets of flowers, surrounded by a strawberry vine, (fading, stains), 14 3/4 x 15 1/2 in., in a later bird's-eye maple frame.
