So many people won't exercise but thy go to the doctor for all there health problems that are caused by the lack of exercise!

I need to remember this when the time comes! Because I have some really pretty ones right now ;)

This is a part of my Miss Texas workout... my mom calls them "Dirty Dogs". Great workout for that infamous gap between the thighs.

This is an exercise to help get the infamous thigh gap. It helps your butt muscles too, it tones it all. For a beginner- 2 sets of 30 reps… this one really burns, so you have to have strong legs/butt muscles for it.

I think the pro-ana is especially important to raise awareness about, as I agree with the OP that many people repinning "thinspiration" may not even be aware that pro-anorexia sites exist and that they may be inadvertantly linking to them and spreading their life-threatening message to other women and girls.
