Lunch in zone diet Anyone else doing the zone diet? I've been doing it for a month now. Seems to be working! This is my lunch for today. 2 blocks. 3 cups of butter lettece = 1/2 carb block 1/2 cucumber= 1/2 carb block 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms = 1/2 carb block 1/2 cup grapes= 1/2 carb block and 2 ounces of left over ham= 2 protein blocks Wish bone spray Italian dressing for my fat block. Yum!
