The Ultimate Veggie Patty 1/2 c chickpeas 3/4 c of your favorite veggies 2 tbs chickpea flour 1 egg white 2 tbs water Salt and pepper, to taste In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until blended. Heat a greased pan over medium high heat. Spoon half the chickpea mixture onto the pan and spread it out with the back of a spoon to form a patty. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until golden, and flip. Cook on the other side until golden.
