Brown Sugar Baked Peaches - Directions: Halve peaches and remove pits.  Place in baking dish, skin side down.  Place 1/2 teaspoon butter in the hollow of each peach and top each peach with 1 or 2 teaspoons brown sugar and then sprinkle with cinnamon.  Bake at 375 for  30 min or until peaches are tender.  Enjoy!
