This brings up some good points but it's slightly incorrect. Women aren't considered brave for randomly hitting a man but men are considered weak of they're hit by a woman. That skewed thinking is why female on male domestic abuse isn't taken seriously like it should be.
Okay so this is REALLY important, and wonderfully demonstrates the struggle women go through that men just DO NOT UNDERSTAND because they don't experience this. BUT the thing is, men shouldn't HAVE TO DO THIS BEFORE they believe women. You don't believe us until you experience it yourself, you do not take our own words and years of experience being treated this way. People don't believe women. And it's a MAJOR problem.
It is time for people who identify as male to individually and daily define their masculinity instead of patriarchy. "Power" as a consolation prize for your free will and independence- your real power is not a fair exchange.
