30 DAY CHALLENGE RULES: 1. NO SODA!!!!! 2. Drink 1 gallon of water a day 3. Workout at least 3 times a week for 30 mins (if starting out) if not 4-5 times a week for 45 mins 4. Do 25 squats every time you go to the bathroom 5. 30 second plank in the morning before you get ready and 1 minute at night before you go to bed Who's in???
