Whitman's Waltz 1 1/2 oz. bourbon 3/4 oz. maple-roasted peach purée 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice 1/2 oz. bitter-maple-honey syrup 1/2 oz. dry vermouth (Range uses Dolin) Garnish: wide lemon twist

Whitman's Waltz Bourbon, puréed peaches and a splash of maple mingle in this summery porch refresher.

Recipe: Pressure Drop - 1 1/2 oz Ransom Old Tom Gin, 3/4 oz Clear Creek Pear Brandy, 3/4 oz Amaro, 1/4 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth, Couple dashes of Angostura bitters and my house made Pick Me Up Bitters, Garnish with an orange twist... Place all ingredients in a mixing glass except the garnish. Stir with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

The Pressure Drop: Ransom Old Tom Gin, Pear Brandy, Amaro, Dolin Dry Vermouth, Angostura bitters and house made Pick Me Up Bitters. Garnish with an orange twist.

Draw a toothpick or straw through the bitters to create a nice design.
